Shortly you will be receiving a PCCS Reunion Letter in the mail. We are in the very preliminary phase of planning a great event for former PCCS students. You are reading the first post on our Reunion Blog Page - your headquarters for all reunion information. We have selected a date, but that's the only decision that's been made. We will be selecting a venue for Saturday night's dinner in the next few months. Stay tuned!
Please be sure to participate in our "Poll Questions". They are located down the left side of this blog. There are several things we're considering in an effort to make this a fun, enjoyable event that will attract a lot of alums! Your input is important!
After the Reunion Letter is mailed out, all contact with alumni will be done electronically. Email and this blog will be the primary way we communicate and update you. You will be able to find the most up-to-date information on this Blog, and we welcome any input or feedback from you via email.
An Alumni Directory will be compiled and distributed to all paid alumni attending the reunion. The Alumni Directory will be created based on information from a questionnaire that will be emailed to everyone later. Please know that anything you put on the questionnaire is fair game for the Directory! This will be a nice memento to take home from the reunion & will give you interesting information and a way to keep in touch with your friends once the reunion is over.
Feel free to provide suggestions for activities or additions to the reunion schedule. Should we give out "awards"? If so what kinds? If you see a suggestion you don't like, let me know! We want this to be YOUR event, too. We're open for all feedback.
Again, AND THIS IS IMPORTANT, - Please feel free to invite ANYONE who ever went to PCCS. This isn't just for "graduates" - anyone who attended is welcome to attend - regardless of their graduation year. We targeted the c/o 1987-1991 as a starting point. We've located them - the rest is up to you! Pass on this website to anyone you keep up with - students or faculty. If you think they'd be interested, or if YOU would be more interested if THEY came too, by all means - pass it on!
There is NO LIMIT to the number of people who can attend, but there is a time limit by which all monies, information, and reservations must be received. That deadline is June 1, 2010. (Because venues require a headcount and charge by the reserved number, we must have all money paid in advance.)
We look forward to a successful reunion. It's your participation that will help make it great!
